These self-adjusting glasses use a liquid lens and a phone app to change according to whatever your vision needs. The frames are something that only an engineer would love at this point, and they may be a decade away from commercial viability, but how cool would this be? Go to the Optometrist and get your new prescription and then just dial it in to your self adjusting eyeglasses and boom… better vision. Not only that, but for folks with early cataracts or in the early stages of diabetes before their sugars stabilize, these would save those patients so much frustration as their prescription changes due to their medical condition.
