We are conveniently located inside the Tigard Costco Warehouse, at the intersection of Hwy 217 and 99W.

We are located inside the Tigard Costco.  Tigard Eyecare is an Independent Optometric practice that is not owned or operated by Costco Wholesale.

We are an out of network practice for most insurance companies, so ask your vision insurance carrier about your “out-of-network” benefits for services at our office.

      Hello! Thank you for contacting us! The easiest way to get that info would be to call the office during normal hours; 503-639-8632. The staff should be able to answer pretty quickly.

          Just give our office a call or text at (503) 639-8632 and the staff will be happy to get things sorted out for you. We are slowly trickling back into the office on a daily basis with a plan to resume routine eye care exams on May 4th, 2020.

    This is Kim Coons. I received a prescription for my old contact lenses in an email but I cannot figure out how to order them. Karen said she could send a copy to the optical department. If you could do that, that would be. great.
    I have called several times but I am not having success.

      Karen is currently part-time and working from home most days- please allow 48-72 hours for a prescription request- it’s just the nature of the office at the moment. I’ll double check with Karen and make sure this gets done- thank you for your patience!

    I need a copy of my current eye glass prescription. I cannot find my copy. with the closure, how should I contact you to get it?

      Hi Rachel! For a copy of your prescription, just give the office a call and leave a message at 503-639-8632. While we are following CDC guidelines and not performing exams, Karen is covering the phone and emails and sending out prescriptions. Please allow 48-72 hours for a response- she’s not in everyday but she does make sure all messages are answered. Thank you for your understanding!
