Introducing our new Optos Daytona
We are thrilled to announce that we are now the proud owners of a brand new Optos Daytona Optomap Imaging System. This thing is super easy for the staff to use for incredible images of the inside of your eyes. As a patient, it’s as easy as looking through a hole in a fence. When you’re in the right position , you see the target turn from red to green and then there is a green flash as a red and green laser image the inside of your eye.

We’ve been using a Canon CR2+ for imaging the fundus for about 6 years at this point and it still has a place in the practice, but the images this thing pulls are out to the periphery- previously only seen by your Doctor during the dilation part of the exam.

Its just an amazing tool to help your Doctor see and document anything that could be going on inside a patient’s eye.
