We are conveniently located inside the Tigard Costco Warehouse, at the intersection of Hwy 217 and 99W.

We are located inside the Tigard Costco.  Tigard Eyecare is an Independent Optometric practice that is not owned or operated by Costco Wholesale.

We are an out of network practice for most insurance companies, so ask your vision insurance carrier about your “out-of-network” benefits for services at our office.

Appointments are provided to make it easier for you to obtain eyecare services. Kindly help us to help you by providing at least 24hrs notice for any cancellations.  Our phone accepts messages 24hrs/day. If an appointment is missed without notice, or is cancelled within 24hrs of the appointment, we may require a non-refundable deposit to reschedule your appointment.
